How to use Blur Background
- Choose a photo. The subject is found and the background is blurred straight away.
- Touch up any spot the AI missed, or switch to a colour or another photo behind.
- Choose the size, then click “Download image”.

Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Fizzdoc does the work inside your browser tab, using open-source engines compiled to WebAssembly and JavaScript. Your file is read from your device, processed locally, and the result is saved straight back to your device. You can check this yourself: open your browser’s developer tools, go to the Network tab, and run a job — no request carries your file.
Does it work like portrait mode?
It gives a similar look: the subject stays sharp and the background is blurred. It doesn’t measure depth, so everything behind the subject is blurred the same amount.
Will the photo lose quality?
No. The photo keeps its full resolution; only the background is softened. You can also save a smaller copy.
Can I remove the background completely instead?
Yes. Under Background pick None for a clear PNG, or White, any colour or another photo.
Is Fizzdoc free?
